What information do you need?
To get started, we only need basic details from your employee census, specifically names and email addresses. This will allow us to register them for the benefits platform where they can choose to register, and then access and select their coverage options. We are happy for you to provide more information as this will help us personalize the experience for your employees – but this is entirely optional.
Do I need to provide the information in a specific format?

No. Although we recommend providing the employee information in a spreadsheet format (such as Excel or CSV). This ensures that we can quickly and accurately upload the necessary details into our system. If you need a template or guidance, we’re happy to help - simply email us at contactus@managemyga.com.

How will you use my employee’s data?

We take data privacy very seriously. The information you provide will only be used to register your employees in the ManageMy Benefits platform, giving them access to the range of coverage options available through NCRLA. We will never share or use this data for any other purpose without your consent.
